EdgeRadioShow.com Presents The Alternative Jesse Santana Interview
I booked Jet Set Men exclusive Jesse Santana on The Edge Radio Show with Viz and Cole for a live interview via phone yesterday afternoon and what listeners got was what they should have gotten last week: An interview with Jesse Santana.
Santana talked about everything from his love of bottoming to breaking in straight boys, what it was like working in the big-budget porn movie On Fire! and yes, the topic of last week's Sirius OutQ interview (see "that" story and hear "that" interview here) was broached with the hosts taking to task who they referred to as "Dick and Head of Lettuce," saying that as fellow broadcasters they were embarassed and even felt the need to apologize.
Funny because Dick and Head aren't apologizing and say they don't feel the need to -- AND I quote, "...we don't need porn stars to do our show."
On Friday, Dick perpetuated the idea that porn stars have nothing of interest to say with his final quote before signing off the air being, "If you had to interview porn stars, you'd go crazy."
On Monday, he said, "Jesse Santana won't even be around six months from now." He also made fun of a letter Jesse had written into the show after the star took the time to research and give his opinion on the original questions they asked him. Dick said he was "not convinced he wrote it himself" and Lettuce Head suggested the theory that it was copy and pasted from Wikipedia.
On Tuesday, CockyBoys.com issued a press release defending Jesse Santana, deeming the OutQ show as unprofessional and taking issue with the possible merging of XM Radio and Sirius.
On Wednesday, Jesse did his interview with The Edge Radio Show, where the hosts conducted a real interview instead of lazily playing a game or getting their facts wrong, did their research to find out about the Sirius OutQ disaster (I hadn't even told them that, I was shocked they mentioned it! Good for them!) and asked him questions based on the information his publicist provided them with making it an informative, sexy and thoroughly entertaining interview.
Imagine that.
What I can't imagine is how else I could've gotten Jesse Santana this much publicity in the last week. ;-)

To be honest I love the way you pick the photo of Jesse. The photo you did for last week was this "serious face" and now, a happy face of Jesse.
