Corbin Fisher Sues Men4RentNow.com For $1 Million
Corbin Fisher is suing escort site Men4RentNow.com for $1 million due to an ad gay porn star Jake Lyons posted to their web site using his photos from the CorbinFisher.com site. I think Corbin Fisher needs to get a grip.
While other studios, magazines and blogs may need to request permission to post copyrighted content, it is common for porn stars to use images studios have taken of them to promote themselves in various outlets so long as they are not selling those images for a profit. Furthermore, where exactly will this end? Will they start suing Facebook if any of their models are using the photos as the main pics there? Twitter for porn stars using avatars featuring their own pictures?
Additionally, I also recently discovered that unlike every other affiliate program out there, instead of allowing all webmasters to join and promote his site, Corbin Fisher selects himself those who are allowed to join their affiliate program based on whether or not they feel the site will generate enough sales for them.
Sounds like Corbin Fisher is a bit of an ass!

It completely depends on what the contract stated the performer signed.
More and more visual property is being contracted for case by case approval for use as well as outright denial of use.
Also, limiting affiliate program participants does not make Corbin an ass, just makes him not so sharp of a businessman by shooting himself in the foot.
We went though HELL getting an affiliate acct. with CF. Now we have one, and they don't even send us updates/content to post. Worthless site

My friend, Grant, was in the car with Jake/Justin, when Justin was headed to meet up with and settle with Corbin Fisher. He asked Mark where the office was, only to be cussed out.
