Another 4:00 am morning. On the set at 8:00 am. First one there, last one to leave.

My Production Manager pulled out at the last minute, but I wasn’t really all that heartbroken over it. I am such a control freak and did not want to wait until the last minute to have things done, so I did everything a PM would do on my own and in advance, including all paperwork and model releases! So, I’m not sure what my PM would’ve done anyway and it’s just saving me money in the end. Still, what it does mean is that when I’m not directing a scene, I am running around making sure everything is being done and being done properly and timely.

The most daunting thing about today and tomorrow was that we’re squeezing what should be a three days of shooting into two days to save money. I have scheduled every little last detail to the tee and have given more than ample time for each tasks from makeup to stills to dialogue to sex, so that even if something runs overtime, everything else should be running undertime, keeping us on schedule. Fortunately, it worked.

Thank goodness for that read through last night. The actors only needed a few rehearsals with me before they were ready to shoot and then only a few takes to give me what I wanted -- which was basically utter perfection! LOL

The most exciting part of my day was directing my very first sex scene. Bobby Williams, as the bully, finds his bitch, naturally played to perfect by Caleb Carter, in the janitor’s closet and lets him have it hardcore. The bully has just come from a humiliating confrontation, so he’s angry and looking to take it out on someone. So there’s lots of smacking, spitting, hair pulling, name calling, etc. and Caleb took every bit of it like a champ and begged for more. By the end of the scene, his asshole is gaping, his asshole is gaping and he’s literally shot a load in his own mouth. Caleb told me he’d never been fucked so great in his life and he’d never been allowed to really be “himself” (ie. a bottom bitch) like that on camera.

I had wondered what kind of a director I was going to be, actually, in terms of vocally and physically. I sort of expected myself to be a Chi Chi, screaming obscenities and the models and loudly exclaiming how hot everything looked. Interestingly enough, I did all of that, but internally. I can’t imagine what our behind the scenes reel is going to look like because I did all of that but kept it bottled up inside and just flung myself around in ecstasy, so as not to distract the performers. I only shouted direction at them when I felt they needed it. And here, they needed very little. VERY little, actually. And when I gave them direction, they gave me exactly what I wanted. I kept asking myself over and over, how did I get so lucky?

I will never forget the thrill of directing my first scene. While other scenes in the movie compare and may even be hotter, nothing will ever beat that virginal rush for me. To go from being a bundle of nerves to suddenly realizing that not only was I getting everything I wanted out of the performers and crew, but more… to be fully at the wheel of creation… to have envisioned something in your head and then see it played out on a monitor in front of you… it’s really something!

Doug from AVN stopped by to see this scene go down and was so bowled over by it, he decided to stay for the next! Christian Owen, as the main victim of Bobby’s bullying, gets it on with his sympathetic teacher, Mr. Michaels, played by Marc Anthony. This is Marc’s first time shooting a movie in three years and I was so honored to have him making his big return for my movie. And then to have Christian give me his bottoming debut! I couldn’t have asked for much more. Both he and Christian were playing around with each other on set from the second they arrived, not in a sexual way, but definitely physical. Marc sort of took Christian under his arm and just gave him the affection he needed throughout the day to prepare him for his bottoming debut.

So the chemistry was there, I didn’t have to worry about that. What I was most concerned with here was getting them to be vocal and give me all of their energy. Both of them are usually very quiet in their scenes. So, when the cameras began rolling on the sex, the chemistry was sizzling, but you could’ve heard a pin drop. Surprisingly, all it took was me screaming, “Energy! I want to hear you! BREATHE, Christian!” a few times and they were panting and grunting and talking to each other dirty and the whole nine yards. Is that all anyone’s had to do all along? Wow, this is so much easier than I thought it was going to be!

The whole scene is very naughty. Stuff like the teacher asking the student, “Have you ever played with your ass before?” Christian just gets these wide eyes and shakes his head negatively, almost scared. “Here, let me show you,” says Marc. Christian took his wide cock in him like a pro, up on the desk on all fours, getting slammed repeatedly. I’ve never seen Marc fuck anyone so hard and I’ve never seen Christian really look like he was enjoying himself in a scene. The highlight though it when Marc pulls out of him and shoots his load all up in his crack. Christian reaches back and rubs the cum on his hole. I don’t know what more fans could’ve asked for in Christian’s bottoming debut, really. And this is only the first scene where he gets fucked! Tomorrow he’s taking on Bobby!

Every performer on set gave me the best performances of their career and I’m not sure why or what I did right. I know I’m tired and the exhaustion must have something to do with it, but I cried a little on the way home, just because I’m not sure why I deserve this. I expected this movie to be good, great even. But I didn’t expect it to be even better than what I’d pictured in my head, both in terms of the sex and the acting. And so much of it I owe to Drew Warner, actually. The footage he’s capturing and the help he’s giving me has been immeasurable.
